A very modern, elegant interior has been created within this Listed period property. Located within Hampstead Garden Suburb, Listed Building consent was obtained for some minor internal alterations. 

The refurbishment works focussed on the master bedroom, ground floor living areas and guest WC. A new Dinesen Douglas floor finish has been installed throughout the ground floor entrance hall and living spaces. Co-ordinating bespoke joinery has been installed to create a study area within the living room and a large window seat within the master bedroom, both inspired by the work of Donald Judd, in addition to a new dressing table and storage areas. 

A luxury feel has been brought to the monochrome guest WC with a new marble chevron floor, Venetian plastered walls and high-quality fittings.
